One week till opening night!!! Did our first ever run through of the entire show today and I must say this is a production you do not want to miss. The Water Scene

Hi Folks, TRW marketing team here. We've been testing out the famous 'Water Scene' today on stage with our very brave Learning & Participation Manager Rhiannon Ellis. Check out the video, it was lots of fun.... especially if it's not your job to mop up afterwards, he he! :-)

Well, everything except the finale is set! Run of act 2 went really well. Another run with the understudies tomorrow, and a costume run in the afternoon. Exciting stuff!!

Started to stage THE famous audition scene today, featuring the title number 'Flashdance (What a Feeling)' Watch the iconic scene starring Jennifer Beals from the 1983 movie version below - I know Charlotte Radcliffe will be just as good:

First day on stage

So yesterday was our first day on stage and it looks incredible! The set is great and it isn't even finshed yet! We managed to set all of act 1 on stage and the beginning of act 2. Remember to book your tickets!!

Made a start on Act 2 today! The show is coming together so quickly and is looking fantastic :) Here are a few pics from the number 'I Love Rock n Roll':

Finished setting the opening to act 1 today and have pretty much finished it. Run through of act 1 tomorrow with props and a few costumes. Should be a good rehearsal!

Staged the musical number 'Maniac' today which features almost the entire company! This is one of the songs that also featured in the 1983 movie version starring Jennifer Beals. Have a listen to the original version below which includes clips from the hit film :)

Rehearsals are going really well, and we are getting a lot done.All the man cast are amazing, as are the chorus!
